LiftWeight is a private, plan-first strength-training app. By checking the consent box at signup and using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and delete your account from Settings.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a LiftWeight account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age.

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Use LiftWeight only for lawful, personal training purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users’ data, or reverse-engineer the training engine beyond what applicable law permits.

LiftWeight provides training plans and progress tracking for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise program. You train at your own risk.

LiftWeight Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual, as selected at purchase) that unlocks unlimited plans, unlimited custom exercises, full in-app training history, and applying a suggested plan revision directly instead of adjusting it by hand. The guided plan builder itself, and exporting your own data, are included on every plan, free and Pro alike, and are never gated. The price and billing period are shown before you subscribe and again on the confirmation screen.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal.

How to cancel: on iOS, manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions); on Android, in the Google Play Store app (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions); on the web, from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens Stripe’s billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period, and you keep Pro access until the period ends.

Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google under their own refund policies, not by us. Refunds for purchases made directly through the web (Stripe) are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us at the address in our Privacy Policy.

You own your training data. You can export everything the app holds about you, or permanently delete your account and its data, at any time from Settings → Data & privacy. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

LiftWeight is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any training plan will produce any particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LiftWeight and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction).

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where your local consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the competent courts of Sweden, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For material changes (for example, to the subscription terms above), we will make a reasonable effort to notify you in-app before the change takes effect.
