Before you delete
Export any training records you want to keep in Profile → Settings → Your data. Deleting the account is permanent. Unsynced changes and photos stored only on another device must be managed on that device.
Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in the relevant store. For website billing, manage cancellation in Membership and billing and keep the confirmation. Contact support if cancellation or a charge needs investigation.
Delete on the website or in the app
1. Sign in to the LiftWeight account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile → Settings → Your data → Delete account. The button below takes you directly to that screen after sign-in.
3. If the account has a password, enter its current password. Google/Apple accounts without a LiftWeight password do not need one. Type DELETE and confirm the permanent deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Email privacy@himalayantales.com to request deletion of your LiftWeight account and associated training data. Use the account email if you can, and say that this is a LiftWeight deletion request. Do not send your password or a sign-in code. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before deleting anything.
What deletion covers
Self-service deletion removes your active account and associated saved training data, including plans, workout history, notes, Body entries and custom exercises. It also ends account access. Device-only photos or records in Apple Health/Health Connect are managed separately on the device or health platform.
Backup copies can remain until replaced in the backup rotation; security, legal, transaction or independently held provider records may have separate retention requirements. Contact the privacy address for information relevant to your request.
